Verrency named winner for two categories at the US-based Media Excellence Awards 2019

Global payments innovator Verrency has been named the winner for the Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in Payment/ Commerce categories at the Media Excellence Awards 2019.

In its 11th year, the US-based Media Excellence Awards recognises and honours leaders and innovation of the highest level to best of breed companies who excel in mobile entertainment and technology.     Verrency’s incredible ability as a bank middleware to rapidly enable new products and services to be created, connected and launched around the moment of payment was what drove its inclusion in what is normally a more consumer-focused set of awards.   Verrency enables banks to connect advertising & loyalty-related services (among many others) for delivery to their customers in a white-label manner.


The Excellence in Payment/ Commerce is awarded for the best development of a mobile payment/ ecommerce solution that allows consumers or retailers to make transactions and pay for purchases.

The Excellence in Innovation is awarded to the company that best proves to be the most progressive and/or launched the most ground-breaking product or service.
